Product Manager
CurrentResponsible for multiple products within the cloud-based SaaS suite. Delivering new features aimed to delight customers and reduce staffing overheads with a focus on increased self-supportability and retention. Other responsibilities include: • Lead a small product management team across three global scrum teams.• Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to internal and external stakeholders, as well as executive leadership.• Own feature prioritization and roadmap planning across multiple phases of the product development.• Solicit customer requirements from many competing sources.• Prioritize backlog and work with engineering and design to deliver.• Create design wireframes (Figma, Axure RP) to guide the deliverable for the development team.• Create document release notes and user guides.• Market research and analysis of the product’s standing against competitors.• Navigate federal industry guidelines and translate them into requirements.
