Knowledge transparency is crucial for success and that knowledge is most often in those around us.I am a generous collaborator. I strongly believe that bringing together a diversity of perspectives is key for new solutions to emerge. From the CEO to the person sealing the box for shipping, everyone has valuable user experience. Facilitating workshops, performing focused research, presenting from a stage, and empathetic listening are all skills I’ve developed to engage those collaborators.
