I managed the production department by reviewing customers’ purchase orders, art approvals, and scheduling orders for production. My other responsibilities included keeping the clients updated with their order and managing and prioritizing the entire production team by scheduling production for the entire week, purchasing printing supplies, and making final production approvals.

I communicated with clients from Microsoft, Viacom and iHeartMedia with production status of their orders. I worked directly with vendors, providing artwork approvals, receiving confirmed ship dates and tracking numbers once orders were shipped. I also supervised warehouse staff to insured quality control, reboxed, and shipped orders to clients.

I handled a large volume of phone calls, emails and online chat requests from distributors such as Halo, Jack Nadel, Proforma, and Geiger; ranging from general inquiries to conflict resolution to sales. My other duties included order entry/processing, sending artworks for approvals, and working with accounting on receiving payments.
