• Acted as the Lead Program Integrator for the Cloud API product that introduced Amazon Web Service as a production platform. This allowed our mobile measure to be operating system agnostic and introduced brand new devices for our company to finally measure.• Introduced cloud technologies to our main app-based meters to remove all Nielsen code from a user’s device and replace it with light weight API calls. This Operating System Agnostic approach allowed Nielsen to finally reach the white space of connected devices that has flooded the consumer space. • Assimilated the Cloud API integration and certification process into our Operations teams almost seamlessly. Clients integrated and certified this product in 2 weeks (a 66% reduction of the legacy product).• Championed the Streaming Media Monitor System (Streaming MMS) to enable a way for Nielsen to monitor our clients HLS content to ensure the utmost quality of our Digital Products all the while keeping cost down by integrating this need into existing, reliable platforms.• Acted as the Lead Program Integrator for the Nielsen Digital Code Evaluator (N-DiCE) initiative which gave our clients the ability to troubleshoot the ID3 tagged URLs to identify issues long before they affect the Nielsen Digital Ratings.• Published 1 internal white paper - "FMEA Culture" exploring the strengths and increased quality benefits that regular Failure Mode and Effect Analysis grooming brings to every team and every platform in a company.

DMADV - Lead the digital SDK on boarding improvement project. This project enabled a process that at first had only 1 successful in a year to a final cycle reduction of 3.5 days. 3. DMADV - Lead the Tech Refresh project. This project took a process that handed out the same laptop to every associate on a trigger that only involved age of laptop. This process allowed an associate to receive something appropriate to their technical needs while giving the business full control of distribution and budget. • Conducted an organizational prioritization alignment meeting to stabilize a an entire department after a major reorganization.• Orchestrated 3 major Failure Mode and Effect Analysis sessions across the company to aid in the MVP (Media Wellness) program• Lead Design Integration Teams for some of Nielsen’s top 2014 initiative programs.• Chosen as one of the lead presenters for Nielsen’s client facing “Innovation Expo Hall”• Published 2 Internal White paper - “Velocity, Overall Labor Effectiveness and Technology” - This white explore the LEAN concept of Overall Labor Effectiveness and how it can applied within a technology world to track velocity in a “waterfall” structure. - “SMEs from Scratch” - This paper approached building Subject Matter Experts by utilizing the psychology concept of “Label Theory” and teaching approach “Total Assimilation to produce a full teal of Subject Matter Experts with back ups in 3 months.
