I am an Industrial Engineer from the National University of Colombia, with an MBA from the European Business School in Barcelona (ENEB), specializing in Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Throughout my career, I have led key projects for companies such as Ecopetrol, CEMEX Colombia, Kimberly Clark, and Pacific Rubiales, primarily in the Oil & Gas sector.In 2018, together with industry leaders, I co-founded Ampi Energy Group in Colombia, where I currently serve as CEO. Our company has become a leader in the development and co-development of medium and large-scale photovoltaic projects across the country. In 2022, we achieved one of our most significant milestones: transforming Ampi into a company focused on energy generation and commercialization. Since then, we have continued to grow, with a strong focus on sustainable energy solutions.Today, my greatest pride lies in leading the first project in Colombia focused on transforming municipal solid waste (MSW) into refuse-derived fuel (RDF) and generating clean energy. This pioneering project in Latin America will process over 300 tons of MSW per day and produce around 243 MW/h, positioning Ampi Energy as a regional benchmark in Waste to Energy conversion.Thanks to a strategic partnership with Px Holding, where I serve as a member of the board of directors, we have structured the financial framework to bring these sustainable projects to life. My leadership in financial structuring has been instrumental in attracting international investment to Colombia, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and positive impact.Additionally, I have worked as a corporate finance trainer for organizations such as Hult Prize, UCAL University in Peru, and others, helping entrepreneurs and startups develop a resilient, resourceful mindset prepared to tackle future challenges.My mission is to contribute to innovative projects that not only generate economic benefits but also have a significant environmental, social, and human impact.
