-Procurement of Mechanical and Electrical equipment, in the renewable energy sector, in particular run-of-river hydro. Responsibilities included preparation of specifications, review of contractor submittals and factory acceptance testing.-Planning and Supervision of commissionning for power generation facilities and equipment.-Installation supervision of power generation equipment-Condition audits of operational facilities including equipment condition and system efficiency.-Numerical modelling including computational fluid dynamics and hydraulic transient analysis.-Planning studies, concept screening and feasibility assessments of renewable energy facilities.

-Conceptual design and cost estimates for renewable energy systems, including run of river, pumped storage and biogas-Site identification and screening for renewable energy projects, including run of river and pumped storage hydropower-Technical specifications for procurement of turbines and generating equipment for renewable energy projects, including biogas engines, and hydropower turbines-Technical specifications for biogas/landfill gas treatment systems-Preliminary site investigations for renewable energy projects-CFD analysis for hydropower systems design-GIS analysis for renewable energy project identification/screening

-Energy efficiency audits of operational buildings-Concept design and feasibility studies of mechanical systems-Chiller, boiler and cooling tower replacement projects-Solar thermal (hot water system design)-Detailed design of HVAC systems using AutoCAD-Contract administration and site review-Tendering and procurement services

-Co-ordinating of design, construction and procurement for fast-track construction project-Awarding of major contracts, and approval of sub-contractors-Responsible for management of time, cost and quality of overall project-Co-ordination with regulatory authorities/permitting

-Energy modelling and analysis of buildings up to 70,000 m2, and mechanical systems up to 9 MW total capacity-Detailed design of Heating, Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) systems up to 35 m3/s and 1.2 MW capacity.-Analysis and design using computational fluid dynamics (CFD)

-Condition assessment, design and commissioning of dust and air pollution control systems in the grain export, bulk materials handling and mining industries
