Meilinda Putri Wijayanti, commonly known as Putri, holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Diponegoro University and pursued a Master’s degree in Mining Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung. She chose this diverse background to broaden her knowledge in downstream Chemical Engineering, particularly in exploration and purification processes within the mining industry. During her undergraduate and master's studies, she was actively involved as a laboratory assistant and teaching assistant, reflecting her commitment to continuous self-development. Her undergraduate thesis involved designing A Furfural Plant from Empty Fruit Bunches of Oil Palm (Biomass), and her thesis on the Characteristics of Coal -- Calculating Activation Energy in Gasification Processes, fueled her enthusiasm for Renewable Energy. Currently, She is focused on deepening her expertise as part of the Carbon Business Development team at PT Pertamina Power Indonesia ("Pertamina New & Renewable Energy").In addition, this sports enthusiast is also passionate about Public Speaking and Organization Development. This is supported by her experience in several organizations she has led, such as co-founding Eduoflite—a research learning platform aimed at increasing students' awareness and enthusiasm for writing, researching, and presenting to improve themselves. She also serves as the Director of Organization Development at ID Next Leader, where she enhances her skills in relationship management and organizational development, focusing on external and internal relations as well as overall organizational growth.
