One of my tasks is to screen candidates via telephone I gauge the candidate's communication, thought process, and skills, and then making a recommendation based on my review. I also work a variety of admin tasks depending on business need such as scheduling pre-screened candidates, building offer letters, monitoring background processes, and maintaining close contact with recruiters to help streamline the process for our clients.
