Planned and implemented the Discovery Program; recruited first-years and transfer students throughout New Student Orientation to take part in the program. Developed an extensive Discovery Leaders training curriculum with adequate sessions to ensure qualification as leaders. As the Local Development Officer I grew the game of lacrosse in England. I taught lacrosse in local Liverpool schools during Physical Education periods and after school programs in order to recruit both male and female students to become players for the Liverpool Lacrosse Club. I was also the Head Coach for the Junior Girl's Team, the Ladies Team as well as the Head Coach of the University of Liverpool Women's First and Second Teams.
