• To Oversee, Plan, Control & Lead operations in all departmental activities.• Weekly, monthly & annual Reports on business progress.• Supervise reports on revenue forecasts and projection through different charting techniques.• Update the financial model with actual project costs, revenues, and cash flows on a regular basis.• Perform variance analysis on key financial metrics such as return on investment (ROI), cash flow, and debt servicing coverage ratio, identifying and explaining deviations from the plan.• Analyze the financial impact of project changes, risks, and opportunities, proposing necessary adjustments to the financial model and mitigation strategies.• Work with the finance team to prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.• Monitor project financial performance against budget and forecasts, taking corrective actions as needed.• Review of concession agreement and Check compliance with the legal team.• To oversee procurement contracts as per the rules and regulations and coordinate with clients.• Work with other staff members to generate specifications and resolve issues with contracts and supplies.• Maintain thorough records and develop & implement organizational policies.• Identify ways to improve revenue collection and establish controls to minimize leakages.• Perform Variance analysis and identify reasons behind variance in Revenue Collection.• Follow-up and update to the management about the progress of Project.• Preparation of Board of Directors’ meeting.• Supervision of bidding process of new Projects.• Supervise Income Tax of Project related Vendors.• Supervise renewal of registration of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License.

• Build and maintain robust financial models tailored to various fundraising stages and investor types (debt and equity).• Apply relevant financial valuation methodologies (Discounted Cash Flow and Comparable Company Analysis) to determine company value.• Integrate historical financial data, industry trends, and business assumptions to create accurate and forward-looking projections.• Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of different financing scenarios and market conditions on key financial metrics.• Ensure models are well-documented, transparent, and user-friendly for presentation to investors.
