I was a UX & Website Support Assistant for UCLA SAIT. I worked on:• Communicating with department representatives and utilizing web content management systems to write HTML for new test pages or edit HTML for existing UCLA website pages• Addressing the challenge of creating a new and coherent resources system applicable for all department websites in order to improve user experience and overall web accessibility• Conducting competitive analysis to research resource systems, proposing screen redesigns for listing and organizing resources, and presenting deliverables to supervisors and department representatives

I was the lead UX designer for OnCampus, a student-built website that allows UCLA students to discover a student organization they’ll love.• Conducted usability tests to observe user interactions with the mobile site during club discovery phase• Discovered that users approached “browse” and the search bar for distinct purposes while finding clubs• Redesigned and created wireframes and mock-ups of website and mobile screens to better match user expectations and current behaviors

I was an Adobe Xd student ambassador.• Designed visual assets for social media posts on platforms with a reach of ~1000+ people to promote upcoming Adobe Xd workshops and increase Adobe Xd trial downloads• Hosted workshops and tabling events on campus with a reach of 100+ students to increase brand awareness and teach students how to use Adobe software• Developed a marketing plan with other student ambassadors in order to outline promotion strategies for reaching 300+ trial downloads by the end of the year
