This is evidenced by the over $100,000,000 of sales transactions completed and over a million and a half square feet of space leased during his career.Matthew graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1999) with a degree in Business Marketing with an emphasis in Real Estate and Construction. Following his graduation Matthew worked for Wangard and Associates where he gained valuable knowledge and experience. While attending the University, Matthew was a member of the Wisconsin Men’s Basketball team where he learned many of the values that are reflected in his work today. Teamwork, Respect, Perseverance, Humility and Honesty. In an Industry where relationships are the foundation of one’s success, these characteristics have proven to be invaluable.In addition to being a licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin, Matthew is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors (CARW) and the Waukesha County Business Alliance. He currently is working on finishing his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. This is a prestigious designation that is held by only five percent of the commercial real estate advisors nationwide.
