Michael Quentin Vestergaard is a Teamleder at Banedanmark. Colleagues describe them as "I have known Michael for some years now and I have had the pleasure to work with him on multiple business ventures. In writing this recommendation I have been debating with myself which of Michael’s good qualities I should focus on, needless to say he possesses many. In the end I chose to focus on his attitude towards problem solving, which I would deem immensely valuable for any employer, who is lucky enough to have Michael as an employee. Michael’s approach to problem solving is resoundingly empirical, he collects relevant data and logically derives his conclusion based on his observations. In doing this he draws on his vast foundation of knowledge within multiple fields, such as marketing, economics and supply chain management. Furthermore he is capable of identifying his own limitations, when faced with a problem and quickly reaches out to other people or consults other resources, in order to get to the root of the issue at hand. This is an extremely important insight that in my experience is lacking in a lot of people – Michael is not one of those people."
