Managing the academic process within the system in order to improve and maintain the education quality provided, monitoring teachers performance, following up with lesson plans, engineering the annual plan ahead for the academic year, providing workshops to give insight on how to improve and adapt our methods in teaching the curriculum.

Playing a teaching role as an English subject educator, using the local Libyan curriculum for English language subject "English for Libya" book series, besides the McMillan curriculum using "Gateway to Success" book series for all high school grades from 10 to 12.

My role esd to teach ICT subjects for high school (from Grade 9 to 11) using the IGCSE curriculum "Collin's book series" by applying a "student-centered" strategy to encourage students to establish a practical engagement with the subject.

Providing an education role of teaching Mathematics according to Cambridge curriculum "Cambridge CheckPoint series" for Middle School students (e.g. Grade 7).

My Responsibility was creating media content for the employer to be published later over the social media channel associated with (e.g. Facebook), including doing photography tasks (fixed or motion photography). editing the media footage using professional methods (e.g. Adobe Premiere, After Effects), and directing these materials before final publishment.

My role with "CAL" school was a very versatile occupation, responsible for teaching a variety of IGCSE subjects, Business Studies "0450", Economics "0455" and Computer Science "0478" for high school students.

There is and ERP solution under develop at the NDEC, and my task is to make sure that its administrative portion delivered on a high level of efficiency and professionalization to meet the center's requirements by supervising the executing of the different terminals of the system across the whole administrative offices at the NDEC.
