I led the Securitisation Team at KPMG for over a decade. During my tenure, I redesigned our reporting process for portfolio agreed upon procedures, a format which has been included in the FSA's guidance for reporting on covered bond programmes. Long term secondment to the Transaction Services team in the United Arab Emirates.I led financial due diligence assignments across a range of sectors including retail, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, media, oil and gas, and shipping. I also acted as People Management Leader for the Transaction Services team and managed the internal merger of Transaction Services, Corporate Finance and Restructuring into one combined Transactions and Restructuring team.

As part of HBOS's residential mortgage securitisation team, I worked on, redesigned, and was ultimately responsible for the management of cash flows, investor reporting and bond administration for the UK's largest master trust programme. During my tenure, I was also responsible for the design, establishment and management of the cash flows, collateral testing, investor reporting and bond administration for the UK's first covered bond programme.

United Kingdom

I qualified as a chartered accountant within KPMG's Financial Services audit team in the North, as part of, and eventually managing the audits of banks (treasury and lending sections), building societies, insurance companies and friendly societies. This included the audit of securitisation transactions from 2000, including Sunbank and Aire Valley Finance.I also took on the roles of Momentum Manager, responsible for rolling out KPMG's audit methodology in the FS North team, and treasurer for the departmental social fund.
