Higher education studies to achieve my degree in Professional Studies at the University of Leeds. Recently completed a master's degree in Society, Culture, and Media at the University of Leeds.

Joined the first kindergarten in Hong Kong that implemented the American Success for All English curricula. Promoted to a hybrid role as Administrative Assistant to the Principal, Nursery/K1 Head of Year, Playgroup Coordinator, and English as a Second Language Class Teacher.• Facilitated the principal with support in administrative projects and recruitment, trained a team of 5 upcoming English teachers, and established an honest and trustworthy working relationship with the principal. • Spearheaded the coordination of a multi-sensory digital reading pen for students’ educational tool in 3 languages, which involved collaboration with an external company to facilitate the school’s curricula and gained an interest in sales with school parents.

• Coordinated and guided English teachers’ performances and assignments as Head of Year, resulting in the efficient functioning of activities in the kindergarten’s daily routine and curriculum execution.

• Project managed a playgroup curriculum, trained and observed a team of 5 English teachers to execute lessons, and contributed to a higher application of parent and child enrolment.

• Led day-to-day curricula as a class teacher, including the design of extracurricular classes and resources, produced individual student assessments, and liaised with parents via telephone and face-to-face. • Administered effective time management and organisation skills to prioritise workload with initiative and confidence. • Operated creative problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills in the classroom and behavioural management with a class of 25 plus students.

Hired by a non-profit organisation that advocates for early childhood well-being to instruct English education and develop curriculum resources for various schools in the organisation throughout Hong Kong. • Produced 2 nursery schools’ English curriculum as a Native English (ESL) Teacher and managed classroom behaviour, improving the children’s English vocabulary and comprehension skills. • Designed teaching resources and authored lesson plans in collaboration with a team of 6 teachers from different nurseries, contributed to effective work as a team to revitalise the English curriculum in the organisation. • Created interactive games using phonics, music, rhymes, and stories that improved the children’s understanding of emotional, reading, and language skills.

Joined Hong Kong’s first non-profit Soka kindergarten, established outside of Japan to teach the English programme and produce the English curriculum.• Educated students ages 4 to 6 and strategised the syllabus to implement interactive teaching to advance children’s communication, reading, and comprehension skills. • Produced and developed listening and writing exercises, resulting in early preparation for primary school dictation activities. • Implemented Oxford Reading Tree’s shared story programme and designed worksheets to facilitate homework time, contributing to the improvement of children’s reading, writing and comprehension.
