Activity includes subnetting, VLAN, and routing protocol configuration• Troubleshooting Hardware issues of Routers, switches.• Bring up topology as per BU requirements• Bring up racks with Terminal servers, lab switches and configure for providing connectivity as per lab standards (includes VLAN, access-lists, routing)• Troubleshoot and isolate network meltdown due to flooding in the network• Troubleshoot duplicate IP issues using ARP and MAC tables in lab switches• Upgrading Latest IOS and Nexus images through TFTP server• Host management for VM requests from BU teams• Managing and configuring Terminal Servers to take consoles remotely for all the cisco lab devices• Working knowledge on Cisco rack and blade servers• Working knowledge on Cisco Nexus switches (N5K and N3k)• Good knowledge of VMware ESXI, Virtual Center, Windows, and Red Hat Linux.
