Responsibilities Included:●Independently establish & manage Export Business of our Textile products to USA & Europ Markets having annual turnover of US$ 17,500,000/-●Manage commercial / import business having annual turnover of US$ 12,500,000/-●Taking care of cost cutting measures to reduce and manage plant key performance indicators (KPI’S) and overall cost of manufacturing.●Retention of the talented and performing employees.●Compensation Management.●Inventory Management (Raw Material Planning, Import Supervision).●To manage Inventory cost and carrying cost of consumable and items.●To carry out cost saving in COG, Maintenance Cost, Consumable cost, Energy Cost and procurement.●Monitor & control reduce overall given budget using value cost saving techniques. and procurement.●Monitoring of Sales & Marketing activities and taking corrective measures to enhance sales & recoveries.●To look after ageing reports.●Regular guidance & support to all the managers inclusive of the branch managers.
