My task at the market leader insurance company of Hungary is the daily coordination andprofessional guidance of my sales team.

I was responsible for the domestic sales network, and the coordination of marketing and customer service as a member of management.

Quantis Group has extended its footprint with international subsidiary companies by incorporating Slovakia and Romania. I have executed the necessary tasks regarding customer relationship management in these countries, and also ensured that the group could provide services with native speakers in our center. I controlled the International Contact Center, the departmentof compliance, the back office and the network of advisors responsible for customer care.

As the Director of Customer Services, my goal was to represent and accomplish the customerrelationship focused attitude at the company’s each sales channel. My task was also the high levelmaintenance of the successful sales and customer loyalty processes, providing assistance in cooperation between the company’s sales, customer services and marketing departments.I also had operational control over the nationwide network of customer service offices, the complainthandling department, the back office, the QA and the outsourced call center.

For this country wide internet service provider I manage the customer service departments whichinclude the following teams: Call Center, Back Office group, Personal Customer Care, Debt Collection,TeleSales and PreSales team, and also Complaint Handling. Among my responsibilities were financecontrol, meeting SLAs as well as enhancing the quality of customer contact and satisfaction andextending the number of clients.

As IT Change manager, my main tasks were directing the change management of the IT section andcoordination of the IT procurement and implementing new projects while also insuring the IT supportfor a 300 head regional shared service center.
