Hi Everyone.I am Azure and D365 .Net Developer/Architect (6+ years MS stack). Most of my experience is in fintech (mostly banking). And it was really complicated.In the last place, we had more than 1000 users in our Dynamics and several hundred thousand accounts in the Account table. Every minute our async service processed hundreds and even thousands of asynchronous task instances. I deeply dived into Dynamics administration, architecting, and development daily to keep the company up to running. So I’m familiar with Dynamics internals. And I’m sure that Dynamics is indeed one of the best CRM systems in the world!Besides that, I adore researching. I have implemented several technologies in the company stack. React and Redux, SSIS, Elasticsearch, and Hangfire – all these techs have been introduced by me or under my control. But, except for just implementation, I did much work to make these technologies easy to use for my colleagues. For example, I developed reusable React components for company needs and documented these components. I mentored people to use React with Redux and also to use SSIS. For the core system, I made logging with the usage of Elasticsearch. And I created the architecture for the task scheduler based on Hangfire. I really like the research!Last year I worked in the role of team leader. Under my management, SDLC was strongly improved. There were introduced many management practices like TDD or CI\CD... It helped the company to enhance the performance of its IT department. For the last two years, our company increased the number of released tasks and code quality, decreased the number of incidents in the production environment, and made our system more fault tolerant. Customers were satisfied.Though outstanding results in the role of the leader, the development and architect position is closer to me. It’s something that I like very much. I like the feeling when you create some new functionality with the complex ecosystem, and it works. And of course, it should work great, and customers should be satisfied. That is why I’m not only developing new functionalities. I also analyze technical tasks to understand the best way to make the task quickly and efficiently. And I don’t only stop on the current company’s stack. I try to research out wider, even if this can take some of my free time.
