About Rena' G.

I’m a competent business professional who is experienced with best practices in Human Resources, and has a passion for service and integrity. However my objective is to bring solutions and meet the needs of the business, and strategically aligning with the culture and values. My approach to HR management is nestled in the idea that "people don't go to the store just to buy a 1/8" drill bit, but rather they go to the store because they have a need for a 1/8" size hole’; HR helps to provide the correct tools to close gaps and find the solution while focusing on continuous improvement. In my most recent employment opportunity, I was able to hone in on how to truly be a strategic partner to the business through building my working knowledge through research and collaboration while applying my tactical knowledge that I developed over time. By being intentional about this I have successfully made an impact with key stakeholders as well as colleagues, that has helped to develop processes and talent throughout the organization. I am presently an AGGIE, in pursuit of my masters in HR Management for professionals. Through this program I am learning how to deploy a variety of skills and knowledge in demonstrating the importance of excellence in human capital and how to possess a top notch business acumen, that is highly sought after in today's workforce. As a resource to the organization, I exemplify advanced experience in business operations, recruitment, succession planning, project management, personal development, learning development and customer relations. Offering 10+ combined years of agile HR, business and management/leadership experience. I'm highly organized, agile and motivated to see the workplace thrive. I have a desire to enhance my career as an HR professional, at an company where I can mutually achieve success, through knowledge, innovative ideas, development, dedication, and partnership with an organization who holds itself to its own optimal core values.
