#Expense bill posting ensure on ERP & Tally ERP9 #Reconcile the Bank Statements, Accounts receivable, inter-company current account and accounts payable balance on monthly basis.#Prepare Receive, Payment & Target vs achievement Status#Checking salary sheet on employee status & organizational policy.#Assist to prepare Financial statement on management presentation.#Prepare & required intra-departmental issues,& maintain smooth relationship with all department.#Audit branch offices & ensure physical inventory.#Deduct AIT from supplier bill & ensure to deposit Govt Revenue collection Account #Ensure to deposit Employee TDS in Govt Revenue Collection Account.#Checking Expense Bill.(All Kinds of Local Purchase)#Maintaining Cheque Book Register (In Excel & Manually)#Reconcile vendor/suppliers ledgers with general ledger. #Ensure proper documentation and preserve for future reference. #Maintain banking correspondence about Employee salary, Allowance forwarding , pay order A/c's,Party payment Cheque expenses etc. #Assist to development in payable management.
