Location: Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore Pakistan• Responsible for daily operational duties like enterprise network routing, content routing, switching, firewall and VPN configurations, modifications and installations.• Provide service and infrastructure Operations support to internal and external customers likes of Emirates Airlines, Etihad Airlines, Qatar Airlines, Gulf Airlines, Oman Airlines, Saudi Arabia Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Pakistan International Airlines etc. In accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).• Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external systems and products serviced by Service & Infrastructure Operations.• Act as the customer Single Point of Contact (SPOC), when required, and co-ordinate the scheduling of intervention with customers and internal resolver groups ensuring the highest level of customer service and communications are maintained to resolve the fault and incident within the prescribed SLA.• Carry out incident and problem management support to the highest standards and co-ordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups.• Ensure shortest restoral times possible, initiating the timely escalations to specialized resolver groups inside and outside SITA, according to the customer contracts, SLAs and monitoring requirements.• Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations and delivery services, conduct diagnostics and provide service request ownership to ensure resolution of customer problems.• Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality service and infrastructure operations.• Report and escalate to the next level those problems which cannot be fixed.• Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations.

• Worked in transmission department on projects like E1 expansion, site to site media transmission and its trouble shooting, working on different microwave equipment like IDU’s,ODU’s from vendors like ZTE, Huawei, NEC, Ericsson and DG telecom.• Familiar with E1 patching techniques in BSC as well as on remote sites and used to working with PCM cards, Transmission ports, digital distribution frame (DDF), and Krone connectors etc. • Worked on SDR (software define radio) projects including SDR swap, commissioning, troubleshooting etc.• Conducted site surveys for SDR swap which were operational on conventional BTS.
