Analyzing user requirements and designing system functionality and interface; Development, implementation and maintenance of web applications, web services and other software according to user requirements;Designing, programming and maintaining databases; Testing, troubleshooting and debugging system solutions;Writing user’s manuals and other technical documents.

- Creation of agenda for meetings and facilitation of meetings of the Association's Board- Keeping track of the timely execution of all the obligations of the members of the Board of Directors adopted by the annual plan and the commitments forwarded by the International Board of the Association- Creation of budgets and financial reports for all projects and activities of the Association- Responsible for the administrative and legal affairs of the Association- Preparation of documentation and application for grants- During the mandate, I was involved in organizing 15 different local activities and three more extensive projects - JobFAIR '21, Soft Skills Academy Sarajevo 2022, and Leaders of Tomorrow 8, which is also an international project.

- In charge of web domains and hosting of the Association's websites (www.eestec-sa.ba, www.jobfair.ba, www.softskillsacademy.ba)- Maintenance of existing and creation of new websites of the Association- Responsibility for the procurement and correctness of all technical equipment owned by the Association- Monitoring the activities of the IT coordinator of all projects during the mandate- Management of the G-Suite system for the administration of email addresses, shared disks, groups, etc.- Database maintainance

- Providing computer-based online lessons to students from foreign countries includingbut not limited to: Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Brazil, Turkey, and Vietnam.- Providing TOFEL, IELTS, EIKEN, OPIc and TOEIC exam preparation classes.- Over 2000 conducted lessons

- Maintaining a computer network composed of 15 PCs- Optimizing the software necessary for easier control of user settings- Maintaining a user database containing user accounts, their corresponding personalinformation, and system preferences- Updating necessary software (drivers, operating systems, system applications, andprograms)- Solving various hardware and software problems
