With a background as the Systems and Methods Manager in the automotive industry, I bring extensive experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and conducting interviews. I also had the privilege of participating in the Tomorrow's Managers program, where I successfully cooperated in designing and implementing the first Iran’s assessment center.Having completed a comprehensive training program on interview techniques at a consultancy firm in Dubai, I have since shared my knowledge and experiences with various companies.
