During the journey, performed in numerous roles, including Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. Defined processes and provided tools to manage backlogs, using multiple agile methods. Created team, program, and portfolio level backlogs; defining work items at all levels, ensuring alignment across teams and up and down the enterprise. Collaborated with and facilitated cadence meetings for leadership, cross-functional teams and Program Increment Planning events.• Fostered a professional/personal relationship with government customers that resulted in an increased demand for professional services that led to a 200% increase in technical engineering service support.

Responsible for ensuring all Intelligence, Cryptologic and Electronic Warfare manning, training, and equipping certification requirements are met and sustained for 87 ships operating in the Pacific. Managed readiness for SLQ-32, JTT, SEWIP, SSEE INC E/F, I-COP, DCGS-N.

Provided leadership, command oversight, policy development and implementation, coordinated planning, management, and technical direction to conduct Cyberspace Operations in support of maritime, combined and joint requirements.

Provided tactical and operational expertise to engineers and system’s developers on the desired end state and functionally for operators employing Information Warfare systems. Led engineering team on Chief of Naval Operations study to identify potential vulnerabilities to Cryptologic systems.

Enhanced U.S. Pacific Fleet Carrier Strike Group effectiveness through the standardization and execution of Fleet Response Training. Lead assessor for Cryptologic Operations, Information Operations, and Independent Deployment certifier.

Directed cryptologic tasking and reporting of U.S. and coalition ships deployed to C2F, C3F, C4F, C5F and C7F areas of responsibility. Permanently embarked USS CARL VINSON (CVN 70) supporting OPERATOIN UNIFIED RESPONSE, SOUTHEREN SEAS 2010-3, OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM, and OPERATION NEW DAWN.

Spearheaded the integration of Signals Intelligence training into Fleet Synthetic Training events. Successfully incorporated Ship’s Signals Exploitation Spaces into integrated Strike Group training exercises. Developed requirements for Intelligence, Cryptologic, and Information Operation system to integrate with the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE).
