I was the Primary Contractor Supervisor - liaising at any one time with up to 5 subcontractor teams; 3 project managers; and leading my own team of up to 10 men. This project was part of a pilot program for amazon, with 17 similar projects rolling.

Typical tasks included machine production; machine leveling with belt tracking; belt wrapping and joining; chain and belt drive; hydraulic setting and other.
