The role requires advanced knowledge of the Power BI tool in order to convert raw procurement data into meaningful, interactive, easy-to-understand procurement dashboards and reports for compliance, operational and general management decision making.Furthermore, I am responsible for the administration, operational support and optimisation of the Procurement / Sourcing to Pay enterprise solution (Nimblex from VendorPanel). The position is a key component of the Corporate Procurement function as it provides system training and operational support to approximately 500 users at Yarra Valley Water. Included is the autonomy to provide recommendations for continuous improvement of Nimblex, designs change requests, managing the testing and deployment of updates and changes into production in collaboration with VendorPanel, Yarra Valley Water IT teams and Nimblex key customers.
