Responsibilities & Achievements:Position: BU Program DirectorAssignment: Setup the capable functional teams especially for Program and Quality, RFQ evaluations include Quotation, DFM, Process Flow Etc., Business award; Lead the NPI activities (customer demand, 5M1F readiness).Key Areas of Responsibility:• Intro the Soft goods Equipment pool in BU system. Includes AVL, Typical Soft goods equipment S pec documentation.• Setup the capable Engineering team and Quality team – earn the Customer respect & satisfaction.• Finished a few customer and project RFQ and prototype communication.• Deep impression to Customer for Soft goods capabilities and influence.Increased the confidence of Customer for the new business award.• Lead 5M1F evaluation for the NPI and set up the NPI workshop.In passed almost 2years, setup 2 new BU in Gian. one for soft goods and another for electronic system, strategic sense lead management team as result. from components level to FATP level.

Responsibilities & Achievements:1.Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support b usiness goals in collaboration with senior management and shareholders.2. KPI is P&L management, included the RFQ/Profit achievement, customer satisfaction.3. Project organize with internal team with customer since Proto, keeping closely communicate with each of P1/EVT/DVT/Risk ramp phase, timeline achievement also Apple team attention.4. Manage our team member in standard reporting and presentation with apple team in daily b asically.5. VIP monthly visit slider preparation and presentation, key things we need focus due to that’s r elated with current projects status review and new business opportunity.6. Cost management and negotiation skill, both NPI NRE and Capex claim.7. Internal build and resource review, keep safety running for each kind of build. 8. Revenue/GP monthly review and driving, yearly MPS and business projection.a. Ensure each of projects GP achieve 30%, lead project team and outsource on price negotiatio n in each quarter.b. One biggest project has achieved shipment 3millions, revenue 108million.Handling projects like phone case/Ipad smart cover/keyboard/watch bands/watch accessories .

Customer Focus:Nokia/Huawei/OPPO/ZTE 1.Create Program master Plan & FCT when new program have received by account. 2. Organize program RFQ\kick-off\Ramp up\MP\Ramp down\EOL gate review with Core-team & manufacturing. 3.Define project related investment handling responsibilities and organize follow-up，and review initial profitability summary (baseline) and sales plan. 4.Review capacity status and identify sub-contracting needs, 5.Review baseline based on completed build, push EM team improve the baseline as RFQ accordingly. 6.Manage Program P&L，monitors program P&L and ensures that GP% reaches target. 7.Develop business plans for strategic customers with emphasis on revenue and profitability.8. Cost management, customer budget vs internal actual spent.

Customer focus :Motorola \ Samsung 1.New customer introduce：Initial business cooperation conduct，establish customer's database. 2.New production introduce：NPI team set up,define the product development schedule，and establish KPI control rule. In the period of working in FOXCONN ,I have introduced 17th programs. 3. Sign off product development related document updated 4.Lead DOE Planning、trial run，and ECN implementation. 5.Lead cross-process and technical problem solving and final product acceptance 7.Adjust the department head-count，and promote the staff capability monthly. 8.Ensure the product development shcedule，coordinate with team keep project cost down，make sure the product transfer mass production/market according to the master plan. Whole Core-team should participate in Build Review to agree and initiate all actions related to the Build findings

New production introduction、technologist staffs training、Seriously trouble shouting、Engineering system document prepare and issue。 Coordinate with team review with build issue and feedback to customer.
