A Project Manager at the 35th Communications Squadron, Misawa Air Base is responsible for evaluating DoD, AF, and PACAF; projects, plans, and support agreements, as well as assessing base infrastructure, communications capabilities and shortfalls. They facilitate base wide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) projects and coordinate infrastructure and communications enhancement efforts with the DoD, AF, and PACAF. They manage and supervise planning and implementation activities for new facility designs and construction programs.
