Assist with the pre-commissioning and commissioning of mechanical activities, including commissioning procedures and performance testing. To perform commissioning test of static (heat exchangers, main line valve stations, pressure reduction skids, gas filters etc) and rotating equipments (motor, pumps and compressors etc). Assisting in written test procedures and coordinating, witnessing and documenting start-up and functional tests.Routine inspection, monitoring and maintaining parameters for optimum load conditions, safe and rapid actions during emergencies to recover systems to normal.Releasing the equipments systems and issuing permit to work for preventive and post shutdown maintenance. Isolations and charging of equipments/ systems with high degree of safety precautions.Trouble shooting and assistance for corrective actions.Supervision of maintenance activities during shutdownAssistance of safety and energy conservation activities.Assistance to the control board and field operators during emergencies and start up /shutdown activities.Preparation of operation reportsEffective participation in the weekly progress review discussions.Review of drawings, test certificates, quality assurance plans and manuals with respect to the approved documents & consultants advice and making comments on them.Receiving and check measurement of materials & spares at site
