I am a very friendly, consistent and open person; and therefore, work extremely well with others. As a leader I fundamentally believe in challenging staff to excel by providing clarity in expectations and empowering them within a clearly scaffolded vision. I strive to be a supportive leader who encourages and expects staff to work collaboratively. In all my leadership roles I have always maintained positive, effective channels of communication with all stakeholders. My vision centres around developing school culture toward one where opportunities are identified, and solutions sought. It is my desire to upskill and empower staff so that they have greater capacity to express themselves through our shared vision.
