As a result, patient attendance at the clinic increased to 93%, compared to the market average of 60%.- Utilized SQL to analyze the effectiveness of feedback collection via SMS, conducted experiments with the timing and content of SMS messages, resulting in a twofold increase in feedback conversion while reducing SMS costs by threefold. Worked on a startup in the field of online education for patients on nutrition and skincare.- Organized successful webinars and secured 4 collaboration agreements, resulting in an initial revenue of 300,000 rubles. - Utilized Customer Development (CusDev) to generate a list of course topic hypotheses, which were then validated through an MVP in the form of a one-page website.
