I worked as part of a core team of business analysts to conceive and design the future operating model for Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Trust business and operations.My responsibilities included mapping current state processes and working closely with subject matter experts to identify non-value added tasks. I was also responsible for identifying potential projects, building business cases and working with project sponsors to obtain approval to gather business requirements for approved projects.I worked very closely with PMO, project sponsors and technology in order to build a multiyear project road map to ensure the most efficient delivery of projects based on a mixture of project dependencies and business priorities. I was the main business analyst on a trade order entry technology project with objectives of automating the end to end trade order process.
