I worked at Boston Dynamics as a robotics engineering for over 8 years where I was involved in dynamic modeling, simulations, and control design for novel robotic systems. During that time I developed simulations that modeled dynamic behavior of tracked vehicles, developed behaviors that increase the mobility of RHex, a small six-legged man-portable robot, developed a bounding controller for Cheetah, a high speed quadruped, and worked on walking control of Atlas, a humanoid robot. Development of these behaviors involved modeling, simulation, as well as implementation and testing on hardware. I was also involved with the Spot mini robot, working on improving behavior robustness of the platform and overseeing a variety of testing efforts.- Designing and implementing high-performance behavior control systems- Control of multi-DOF dynamic systems- C++ programming for simulation and real-time control on robotic hardware- Operating, testing, and debugging of robotic software both in lab and field settings- Supporting any robotics task needing extra hands/minds
