Responsible for a staff of 500 direct and indirect employees in the servicing of customers in all regions of the world. We fulfill $1.2B in revenue annually, (~20,000 order lines a day) in a 1 million square feet facility with 8 miles of power conveyor and automation. I have the responsibility of ensuring we manage our spend to a budget of $37M while also servicing our customers.

Responsible for designing a department from the ground up that was responsible for implementing an SIOP process for a $1B business.

Responsible for leading the manufacturing Team of 200 employees that produced medium voltage cable joints and switchgear.

Responsible for advising and coordinating with 4 manufacturing sites to optimize inventory levels while improving fill rates. Worked as the conduit between Product Management and Marketing departments to prepare manufacturing capacity and inventory plans to support product life cycle management and promotions.
