Carestream Health (formerly Kodak Health Imaging) is a global corporation in healthcare imaging, primarily X-ray. Carestream has over 6,000 employees globally. Carestream designs, manufactures, sells and services medical imaging equipment for hospitals and clinics in 150 countries. As the head of Customer Care Solutions in Asia Pacific, I managed service delivery for the region including supporting the selling of service contracts across the company’s medical imaging equipment systems product portfolio. I drove professional services and post-warranty services revenue, managing professional services and total costs including installation and warranty costs. This included leading several major internal and external customer projects.

I worked closely with the Asia Service Manager and Asia leadership team to lead operational processes within the Asia Region to cater for rapid growth, new products and business strategies. I also ensured managed and equipped service and administration teams.

Kodak sold its Health Imaging Division to the Onex Corporation and it became Carestream Health, a stand-alone company under the Onex banner. I led technical support, product training and launches for a defined equipment portfolio range within Digital output and Computed Radiography products. I managed equipment and customer escalations and managing defined product performance metrics ensuring cost targets are met.
