Graduated in electronics and communication engineering in 1989 from NIT Warangal, formerly known as REC Warangal. Worked in various industries in the field of electronics and telecommunication industries. My major achievement during my working period was the designing and development of electronics magnetic chokes ,system development and training in various fields, eg:, total quality through speed, tools for problem analysis and resolutions, team formation and motivation and quality management system.The Journey started with ISO 9001:1987 (the first version of ISO Standards) consultancy and training. There were lot many challenges in delivering services to the client, such as internet problems, non-availability of data storage media and portable computers such as PCs.Most of the time, the documents were written by hand and typed on conventional typing machines. Therefore, The storage and modification of data was not practically possible. Then, desktops came into the picture for the normal public, and life became a little easier, but the data transferred still was a problem because the floppy disk used was not reliable. However, the scenario changed slowly, and laptops became a normal practice. The internet, 2G and 3G, started working, but the speed was very slow. Recently, the era of 4G and 5G came, and life became much easier.Adapting to new technology and updating my existing knowledge was always a task for me, which I accepted cheerfully and conquered every day. Now, I spend my days training new people on various aspects of business management virtually and physically. Moreover, I also like to learn the complexities and science behind new technology and methods. I have always been a forward-looking person who loves to learn new things daily and implement them in life.
