The work is to accurately and concisely update the customers head count to a high level of accuracy and within a time frame. We provide the customer with a prompt and reliable stock take. Working in the team requires good listening skills and a mental agility to be able to estimate or record facts quickly and precisely.Durability of mind is needed to combat repetitive actions without losing focus or succunbing to distractions. Correct use of tools and climbing implements is vital and an awareness of safety is needed.

My role here was to support people with alcohol or drug issues. This was achieved by various methods, namely, ensuring that they were in a comfortable and trusting environment, to allow for some rapport to build.I helped to run the kitchen on the, breakfast club, mornings, and used that role play to get to know people. As a part time volunteer, I referred clients to key workers, who, could take the client through an assessment and to attempt to break the cycle of addiction.I became active in the social side too and with colleagues, I took part in the sporting days out that enhanced volunteer bonding and gave me an identity away from the office environment.

The majority of the work revolved around ensuring that the correct procedures are followed in servicing and repairs to a wide range of Panasonic Office equipment. I attended breakdown calls in the field on priport printers and plan printers. Much of the work involved keeping car stock levels current and in line with the particular models in your patch.I enjoyed being part of a small team and looked to promote the professionalism of the Panasonic brand.

With Advance Reprographics, I attended various training courses for photocopier design and general servicing at Sharp UK. Manchester. I also benefited from having an excellent service team around me that supported my growth. I then became established in a responsible field role, covering North Yorkshire. The company showed fast growth, from giving the industry exceptional levels of service. As a result I enjoyed building up very good trust with the customers in my region. This produced loyalty and helped to secure repeat business.One notable feature was the evident unity in the company and many of the team remain together to this day.
