ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE: Assist in the development and implementation of the Capital South Campus Center (CSCC), a setting for adult and higher education achievement as well as a cultural, arts and sciences learning center, located in the South End of Albany. Assisting with supervision of CSCC grant-funded staff members and ensuring the delivery of training and professional development modules on an ongoing basis. Supervising and overseeing the implementation of all grant-funded higher education programs and services including, but not limited to, the NY State Higher Education Services Corporation College Access Challenge Grant. Utilizing best practices and ensuring program and service delivery fidelity, in partnership with subject experts, associated with the delivery of adult higher education services including but not limited to: credit recovery, provision of ACCESS-VR services, drop-in day-care, tutoring and mentoring services, culturally competent practices and procedures, utilizing best practice higher education total quality assurance management practices. Ensuring proper financial management and reporting in accord with specific operating and program budgets, and student body and program performance reports in accord with funding requirements, which includes the Trinity Alliance student database.
