The company with headquarters in London, was established in 2009 from a vision to help hoteliers take control over the booking process and turn their websites into the main and most powerful sales tool.My responsibilities are :•Act as a technical lead, directing the work of other development team members.•Collaborates with solution architects and other senior .Net Software Engineers to select the right solution for projects, balancing strategic and tactical goals.•Mentor junior team members on traditional engineering methods and current best practices.•Contribute to UI framework strategy and SDLC.•Resolve system defects and help troubleshoot production issues.•Participate in QA to ensure high quality code and a consistent user experience.•Oversee and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to established coding and architectural standards.•Maintain a manner of leadership and flexibility that diffuses pressure and promotes a team atmosphere.•Organize development team workload to meet deadlines.•Maintain a working knowledge of company's applications and system integration and is able to understand changes in order to anticipate cross-system or cross-process impacts.•Coordinate scheduled ad-hoc, and emergency tasks within the department's scope.•Effectively communicate the feasibility of requested deliverables and timelines to appropriate stakeholders.•Utilize design patterns that comply with security policies and guidelines.•Take initiative and drive individual and team projects to completion.•Taking care of web server related issues to keep the webservers running smoothly with standards.•Constantly monitoring of the DB server, IIS and taking necessary actions as per the situation to keep webserver live.•Taking care of security related issue on webserver (i.e: SSL expiration, PCI DSS implementation, etc.)

• Deliver lectures on different computer languages and databases like HTML, XML, Java Script, Java, C#.net, Asp.net, MsAccess, and SQL Server2000-2005-2008.• Conducting Exams and Presentations.• Supervise different academic projects.• Currently working on JOB Portal for APTECH as Project Supervisor.• Conducting faculty interviews.• Train junior faculty.
