Seconded to the Ghazi Barotha hydro-electric project.A 2.25 billion dollar project. Assisted Branch Manager to install a satellite branch to fully support the project. Responsible for eight indigenous service engineers and five indigenous service support staff. Acted as Branch Manager in his absence.Carried out on site trouble-shooting and repair when required to support field engineers.Worked closely with main contractor.Organised and conducted in house training programme.Applied warranty policy.

Al-Awda fire fighting project Kuwait.Involved maintenance and repair of a Caterpillar fleet under extremely difficult and hazardous conditions.Provided front line support to the fire fighting crews.

Responsible for the supervision, scheduling, maintenance and repair for the full range of plant and equipment.Value US$26 million.Trained indigenous engineers in the practise and theory of service and maintenance.Demonstrated and gave 'hands on' support.Prepared quarterly reports for client.Advised on parts stock levels
