POSITION KEY DUTIES*Makes and follows up the task distribution of the section personnel. Makes the necessary organization in order to ensure that the section personnel work in coordination. *Makes the necessary planning (personnel, product follow up, visual merchandising etc.) in order to achieve the sales targets of the section. *Ensures that the section personnel provide customer services that comply with corporate standards. *Regularly updates the store management about the requirements for training and improving the Sales Representatives. Shares his professional knowledge and skills with Sales Representatives. *Provides service in a manner that ensures the revisit of the customers, in line with the corporate image.*Makes the necessary checks and follow-ups in order to ensure that prices and price displays are up-to date. *Follows up the product needs in his section; monitors and checks the visual merchandising of products according to VM standards.*Checks whether his section complies with audit standards (product price check, legal regulations, product visual merchandising standards etc.); informs the store management and coordinates the necessary arrangements.*section is ready (clean, replenished with products, and arranged according to VM standards) for the following day. *Is attentive about the security of the store and the products; ensures that product alarms are checked; works in coordination and cooperation with the store manager and the security officer (if any).
