Ensure the program supports a therapeutic community setting for juveniles detained for various offenses. Supervise a team of program supervisors and venue, Respond to after-hours calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, on a rotating on-call basis. Establish and maintain professional boundaries with all staff, youth and all providers. Work collaboratively with internal and external providers i.e. DCF, probation, social workers, treatment teams, as well as other community-based agencies.· Analyze and evaluate the accomplishment of program objectives.· Collect and input data into the PBS (Performance Based Standards) system.· Adhere to and maintain PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) standards, policies and practices.· Comply with all funding and reporting requirements.· Perform all other duties as required.

• Works with Program Director to ensure compliance and delivery of all applicable program goals andobjectives.• Provides assessment and decision-making skills needed to manage the program and any associatedissues on a daily basis. Facilitates and monitors effective day-to-day delivery of services within assignedprogram.• Manages assigned budget, monitoring costs and allocation of such resources in collaboration withProgram Director.• Assigns caseloads, program duties, and determines scheduling of staff.• Monitors effective engagement between staff and clients, volunteers, and other identified programsupports.• Ensures that services are person-centered and responsive to individual needs.• Schedules, attends and participates in agency, team, and inter-disciplinary meetings.• Facilitates psycho-educational groups as indicated to support client growth and life-skill development.• Ensures company vehicles are in good working condition and completes periodic maintenanceinspections work orders as necessary. Works with team to maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and outsideat all times.• Maintains property to ensure building/office is welcoming upon entrance and works with team topromote a clean, safe, and organized work environment for both staff and clients. Processes timely workorders with Facilities as necessary.• Prepares for quality and chart audits, maintains benchmark guidelines, and develops corrective actionplans as needed.• Ensures continuity of care for delivery of services.• Interviewing and hiring qualified staff for the program.Clinical Services and Supervision:• Supervises program admissions, planning, and discharge processes.• Plans and facilitates staff and house/community meetings.• Facilitates coordination with other agencies and/or community services ensuring appropriate clientcare.• Monitors documentation of services and the collection of data for contracted/agency reporting.
