Responsibilities & achiecemants：1. Drive and lead the independent R&D for major indoor lighting products of the company（already realized a full coverage）, in order to meet the company’s cost down strategy.o In charge of the whole series of LED driving power design & development, including Indian version, European version, Asian version; Switch power topology and linear program.o Responsible for LED driver IC, LEDs, electronic and mechanical material selection, R&D process and time line control, cost and risk control, test rectification and technical difficulties research, mass production delivery, etc.o Provide remote or on-site technical support in mass productiono To be the primary technical interface and also provide pre- and post-sales technical support for customers and the company’s sales.o To be the primary technical interface for vendors2. Low color temperature, healthy lighting products research & development3. Smart lighting & IoT series product development.4. Start to establish the company’s Research Institute for Solid State Lighting.

Responsibilities：1. Lead the team completed & released the 1st significant R&D project: (600W) High power, full spectrum, dimmable, smart LED growing light development. o Complete MRD and PRD through joint efforts with marketing as well as biologist, and also create the project plan accordingly. o Lead cross-functional groups (Electronic, mechanical, optical, firmware, software, etc.) to meet the plan of record targets for the schedule, cost and scope. o In charge of the design and development for 600W LED driving power, embedded control system, BLE module, DMX512 protocol, etc. o Provide guidance for optical design, performance test and spectrum analyses o Moniter mechanical and thermal design and development o Responsible for UL certification related affairs o Host (Shanghai team) the weekly/biweekly meeting with the headquarter based in USA. o Prepare report presentations for the updates of every phase, such as proto type, α, β, release, etc. o Control and manage changes and checkpoints efficiently.o Is the primary interface to marketing, quality, manufacturing, biology related functions and vendors.o Monitor and report on various metrics that indicate the status of the project.o Optimize for changes in marketing conditions, resources and product changes.2. Two new R&D projects for LED horticultural light are under development.

Responsibilities and achievements:I moved over to Eastkit in Shanghai in 2004, where I established a brand-new department from nothing named Integrated System, and where I was able to leverage my R&D experience, and also get the chance to be involved in the commercialization of a bunch of sophisticated technologies, ranging from video processing solutions, to rear projection Televisions, DLP & DID video wall displays, single panel projectors, mini mobile projector and so on.. The mainly job achievements were as below:1. In charge of development of video processing solutions——PW328、SIGMA8624、ST FLI32626、MST9U89、MST717 、MST719 and release them to market in LCD-TV and large screen display industry successfully;2. Be reponsible for the development of 52”(3LCD) & 65”(DLP) Rear-projection TV;3. Leading the development and bring to market with DID LCD TV & DLP VIDEO WALL;4. Conducted the development of single-panel LCD projectors and successfully put it into mass production as well as being sold in Europe;5. In charge of the development of mobile mini-projector.

Position 1(2000、1-2004.2):Vice director of general engineer’s office / senior engineerResponsibilities and achievements:In charge of 3LCD Projector R&D(Gained the 2nd place of Science and technology prise from China’s weapon Ministry)1. LCD driver and video processing solutions development;2. R&D of optical system for 3LCD Projector, coating process management of the key optical components for 3LCD optical engine;3. Decided the best testing solutions for our 3LCD projector as well as every component. Selected suitable instruments and meters and establish testing lab;4. Established assembling line for 3LCD projector, including equipments and instruments purchasing, workshop construction and out-sourcing ;5. Deep studing on related products: LED, DLP, LCOS, OLED ;6. During 1988-1989, I had ever been a part-time teacher for the teach-by-correspondence station (at Coastar Group) of Nanjing University of Science & Technology.
