I've spent most of my career building trust and delivering IT solutions with integrity for my clients. I spend time wearing a lot of different hats, coming from a smaller company. Generally, I deal with support issues when I'm not coordinating system installations or software upgrades/patches. My daily duties include Infrastructure, Networking, Enterprise Operations, Level 1-3 Support and Project Management. In general I'm an Engineer who does a lot of SRE, DEV OPS and Admin Work.Infrastructure- I've racked and stacked hundreds of installations from small office server rooms to all out datacenter builds. This includes firewalls, servers, network gear, workstations and IoT devices.Networking- General networking- VPN (IPSEC, P2P etc) creation/management.Enterprise Operations- Microsoft Exchange management and installation- Office365 migration- Windows Active Directory management, policy creation and patching.- Install and configure Enterprise SoftwareSupport- Remote and on-site support for 800+ users and their networks across 40 locations- Assist our on-site technicians with additional diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures- general trouble shooting ping, traceroute, nslookup, dig, ethernet connectivity, service failure, load balancers etc..Project Management- Coordinate vendors IT installs at client locations, workstation, server, firewall, printer, copier and internet connectivityDevelopment- Scripting in bash, powershell and python

Build and load all computer systems sold at location. Conducted all warranty support and repairs for systems sold. Document all interactions. Troubleshoot and repair any system brought in for repair. Fill in for sales as needed.
