Responsible for the implementation and improvement of autonomous, preventive, planned, unplanned and predictive maintenance systems. Responsible for downtime reports, analytics and analysis of achieved KPI indicators (Downtime, MTTR, MTBF). Directly involved in the procurement and planning of the procurement of the necessary spare parts.Direct supervisor, 23 maintenance mechanics, and 3 maintenance team leaders at two locations in Aleksinac.

Responsible for further development of Serbian branch of company. Responsible for developing and implementing high-level strategies. Making major corporate decisions. Managing the overall operation and resources of company. Providing high-level leadership to present and new team members. Responsible for develpment of ongoing and future projects, and their realisation in production on time and with good quality.

Responsible for Pre assembly area and Basis line. Actively present in process of developing two new projects from pre-series to serial production, and a new concept of production Basis line. Leading and motivating new and start-up team to maximize their performance to achieve goals with focus on development and mentoring.

Manage and organize production on multiple lines to achieve best results with available resources. Solving problems on production lines, to minimize negative effect on quantity and quality. Making both written or oral reports to superiors on time. Motivation of employees to maximize their use to achieve goals. In day to day work using PDCA, FTA, 5Why, Ishikawa tools, Lean production standards, 5S standard... Responsible for 9 team leaders and 100 production workers.

Contacting prospective clients, assessing their requirements then selling them the company's products and services that match their needs. Also responsible for payments in agreed deadlines.
