Under Exotic Metals Forming, Thermal Northwest Inc. is a prime supplier of insulation products for the aerospace industry. Using high-grade stainless steel, we measured, cut, and assembled insulation barriers for Boeing airplane engines. Utilizing five custom dies for the product sections, we welded each piece together individually, from producing to grinding and RTV, then lastly welding together in full assembly to get shipped over to the next sector Exotic Metals workshop.
