I am working with Precisely Software, as Location Intelligence, GIS - PreSales Solution Lead for ASEAN Geography. Part of my responsibilities includes - 1) Reviewing Government Tenders, RFP technical feasibility response Submission, Compliance product fitment.2) I support our regional sales teams of APAC countries and our channel partners by working on sales opportunities and Partner Enablement. Glimpse of my past experience was in following areas (but not limited to):- 1) Project Management - Improving customer satisfaction/tech support metrics. I use to run few projects for improving operational efficiency where I focussed on smooth cross-functional collaboration, timely incident resolution, minimizing inter-department SLA, CSAT/NPS improvement.2) Use to Handle critical customer escalations and liaison between RnD, support, Ops, group for priority follow-up (may include bug/enhancement prioritization). 3) Experience in call center operations, managing an outsourced vendor with ownership to drive CSAT, incident management, End to End Account Management.4) Managing team of product support, quality assurance engineer as well as data analyst. 5) Presentations to executive and senior management on quarterly business reviews/updates in context to NPS scores. 6) Good Understanding of end2end product bug lifecycle & agile(sustenance) methodology.7) Handling Acrobat related L2 level Gold support customer issues.
