During this time my primary focus was tax minimization opportunities through audit defense, transaction tax systems, effective tax rate implementations, tax planning, contract and purchase reviews, business and occupation taxes, real and personal property tax, due diligence and integration of mergers, acquisitions, and divestures along with advice to improve business processes such as tax engine applications and compliance routines.
